Here's a lil more info bout what the mentoring programme is about.
The mentoring programme is actually for the students who is weak in their studies and dont
have the ability to "hire" a tutor.

In simpler terms,its for the poor students who need help in their studies.

Its held once a week,for an hour.

Imagine this.
One hour per week.

For a tuition itself,the time itself is less as compared to the whole chunk of tuition we have on our schedule.Cos its just one hour.

To us,its just one hour.
To them,its a time to learn and to ask all the questions they need in order to improve on their studies.

Believe it or not,these students can get as weak as not knowing their ABCs.
Hilarious?
I myself couldnt believe it at first.
but when i saw that student.
i was shocked.

The joy isnt from all the teaching that we've put in.
It comes from the results we see at the end of the day..
when they improve on their studies,and we see the results,the joy is overwhelming..
